I took two packets of 10 milligrams each, so 20 milligrams total, and sprinkled them on a flatbread pizza, about 15 minutes after eating the whole pizza, which did not take long, trust me. I started to feel the effects felt very nice and euphoric at first, very soothing, not too anxious. This lasted for, I'd say, a solid 45 minutes to an hour, and slowly tapered off after that and did a nice relaxation.
