Today was a chill Sunday so I went ahead and took two gummies resulting in 20 milligrams. I started to feel the effects really heavily at the 40 minute mark so I don't know if these are supposed to be fast acting. It doesn't make that claim so just regular edible timing, 40 minutes, not too bad. This is tasty, very true to the pineapple flavor, no bitterness, at least nothing that stuck out to me.
